Two evenings a week, the spa holds space until eleven.

This is what an autumn evening at Fusion Spa & Resort can look like. 🍂

Most guests do not think to arrive at 7 PM. But on Fridays and Saturdays, we are open from 10 AM to 11 PM, with food service available until 10:30 PM.

That leaves time for the thermal circuit, your treatment, and a proper dinner, all within one long, unrushed evening.

No need to squeeze everything into the middle of the day.

Arrive later. Move through the banya, Turkish Hammam, sauna, and cold plunge at your own pace. Then head to the table when you are ready.

With the kitchen serving until 10:30 PM, dinner does not have to come before the spa.

It can be the final part of the ritual.

As the days grow shorter and the evenings settle in earlier, Fusion takes on a different rhythm.

Most guests assume dinner has to come first.

On Friday and Saturday, it doesn’t.

Fusion’s restaurant serves food until 10:30 PM, with the space open until 11:00 PM. That leaves plenty of time for an unhurried dinner after the sauna, after the cold plunge, after you’ve let the evening slow down.

The usual plan is dinner first, spa second.

Try reversing it.

Arrive. Move through the thermal circuit at your own pace. Take your time between the heat and the cold. Then head to the table when you’re ready.

The kitchen will still be on.
