On Patriot Day, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the courage of the first responders, service members, and everyday people who stepped forward in a time of unimaginable tragedy.

We also remember the strength, compassion, and unity shown by communities across the country.

Today, we hold the victims, survivors, their families, and all those forever affected by September 11 in our hearts.
