To all of my beautiful clients...
I love you, but please take a solid a few mins to sit in your car, sip some water, remember your zip code before you attempt to merge onto the hwy. 😁

Think of Reiki like gravity or electricity...you don't have to "believe" in it for the lights to turn on when you flip a switch.

It is simply a tool for deep relaxation & stress reduction that works directly with your body's natural nervous system and biofield.

Here is why Reiki is completely open to everyone:
◾No belief required. You can be a total skeptic and still leave a session feeling deeply rested, physically relieved, and mentally clear.

◾No dogmas or doctrines. Reiki has no religious rituals & no required belief systems.

◾Complements your existing path. Because it is non religious, it beautifully coexists with any religious faith, spiritual path, or scientific mindset you already hold.

At its core, Reiki is just a gentle, holistic way to help your body shift out of "fight or flight" and into a state of deep, natural healing. 🧘‍♂️🌱

Whether you view it as spiritual light, bioenergetic fields, or just a really great, deeply restorative nap....Reiki meets you exactly where you are.

✨ Where are you holding your worries today? ✨

Take a deep breath.
Drop your shoulders away from your ears.
Unclench your jaw.
Notice where that tight, heavy knot of anxiety is sitting in your body right now.

Is it a lump in your throat? A weight on your chest? A fluttering, nervous feeling in your stomach?

Close your eyes for just a moment & visualize placing your angels right there. 🛡️👼

Imagine a warm, radiant light surrounding that exact spot. See your angels gently lifting that heavy burden directly off your shoulders. Give them permission to take it. You don’t have to carry the weight of the world, solve every problem by tonight, or figure everything out on your own.

Let the angels handle the "how."
Your only job right now is to breathe & let yourself be supported. 👋💫

You are safe. You are protected. You are never walking this path alone.
