Everything just hits better when protein is involved and even better when it’s high quality plant based like 🌱💪 It’s the kind of fuel that feels good going in, supports the work I’m putting in, and keeps things light but strong at the same time. I woke up a little sad this morning (I’m a woman duh) but then I dusted that S**T RIGHT OFF! Went to run club, saw my fave people, had my Dirty chai,got some scratcher tickets and won most of my money back😂, yapped away, went to gym, hit the sauna and now headed home while the girlies are still asleep and hubby still out MT biking. Motherhood showed me a love I never knew existed, and it made me appreciate my own mom in ways I never understood before. Forever thankful for my mom, for my sister who is my bestest friend in the whole world and to all the beautiful women and close friends who surround me with love and who bring so much joy and zest to my life seriously. I absolutely love their spf and their chapstick. Living in Arizona where it’s always sunny here, spf is a must unless you’re trying to look like leather then that’s on you baby boo😆✨😜.
