Sí, Skincare Addicts, al igual que los productos, las toallas también son parte de nuestra rutina! Lo primero que hay que saber es que no se debe utilizar el mismo tipo de toalla para limpiar la piel que para secarla☝🏻.
Comencemos con las toallas para limpiar la cara. La mayoría suele utilizar una toalla de algodón/felpa o "Terry Cloth" pero esta puede ser muy abrasiva. Este tipo de toallas suelen remover los aceites naturales de la piel, lo que resulta en una piel seca/opaca🙅🏼♀️. La mejor opción es utilizar toallas de bambú, muselina o algodón suave.
Cuando se trata de toallas para secar la piel la primera regla es NO utilizar la toalla del cuerpo/manos para la cara!🆘 No solo porque está llena de gérmenes, moho, hongos, etc, sino porque muchas veces contiene restos de productos que aplicamos en el cuerpo como shampoo, jabón, entre otros productos que pueden irritar la piel.
💡TIP: No dejes secar tus toallas adentro del baño🙏🏻. La humedad de este espacio hará que las toallas tomen más tiempo en secar, lo que conduce al crecimiento de hongos, moho, etc🤯.
