The process of grieving 💔
Grieving is not something you only go thru when a loved one departs into the astral plane. Grieve is also something we experience at the end of a life changes.
You can grieve a relationship, a friendship, your own feelings from the past of sadness that you skipped thru and swept under the carpet. You can grieve a part of your younger self, a job you loved that you got fired from. There are endless types of grieving.
When ever your doing shadow work it’s important to hold space to the many layers of emotions you may have skipped. As my healer said “you can’t skip you must go thru them” it does not mean you become the emotions it just means you feel them. Wether it me sadness, anger, impulsive behavior, ect. Learn to navigate and flow with them at the same time we don’t always have to swim thru rapidly. Learn to crawl thru it and not run into escapism but ultimately bring your self back to the shore and stand in your two feet. Remember sometimes we have to go back and see things from the beginning, cover the new layers that surfaced or might of been missed see what else we uncover without skipping. Go into a space of re grounding, re anchoring, re seed planting and in the new crops plant more seeds of peace, presence and love. Then love yourself thru every place of growth every feeling that needs to be processed and the grieving you may have swept under the carpet.
