Village of Hearts

Village of Hearts Village of Hearts is a charity support organization that was created out of our firmly held belief that "EVERY LIFE MATTERS".

Have you ever looked into the eyes of an animal that is sick or abused, or heard about a child and his family that are food insecure, not knowing where their next meal will come from? Have you seen the tears on a little girl’s face because she is being bullied at school? Were you outraged and sickened but didn’t think you could make a difference? Well, now you can when you become part of Village o

f Hearts. It is as simple as purchasing a T-shirt or spreading the word about our site. Every purchase adds up to healing an animal, feeding a family in need, providing a safe place for our children and aiding countless other charities that so desperately need your help. We know that it takes a village and lots of hearts to make a difference. We also know that people want to buy products that benefit a certain cause they believe in. Village of Hearts accomplishes this by funding non-profits through themed imprinted products, such as T-shirts, towels and blankets, to name a few. Every two weeks we will highlight an organization in need and 30% of each item sold, which is designated for that cause, will go directly to the charity. Not only will the charity receive much needed funds but it will also accomplish several other goals: creating community awareness of problems that the charities are focused on resolving; increasing involvement in helping organizations reach their goals; showing people a way to jump in and make a difference; cross pollinating different organizations by expanding peoples’ awareness of other groups they did not know existed, but which organizations they would support once becoming aware of them. You will have many different products to choose from that will continually change. Each item will have a card describing the charity you are supporting and explaining how to donate directly should you so choose. It doesn't matter whether you have two legs or four paws - there is just one cause, “To end the suffering and provide support to animals and people in need.” EVERY LIFE MATTERS!

Summer heat is here and there are plenty of animals - stray and wildlife who could use some water.

Time to put your water bowls outside so they can have a beverage (I keep mine out all year round)

Post your pictures of pets and children playing.

December 31, 2012 while folks were celebrating New Years Eve, I was fostering Sawyer, a 7 month old puppy, for Medical Animals In Need (M.A.I.N.). He was on the e-list at the AZ shelter for a horrible case of mange that left him hairless except for one little tuft on his neck. The rest of his little body was covered in scabs or blood from his scratching and the infection.

This is our first meeting & Sawyer is still as goofy and loving as the first day.

Today is Giving Tuesday, a day to support your favorite non-profit. This can be done by sharing their information on social media, volunteering and donating.

Sawyer changed my life and you can change a person/animal life with your spirit of giving.

saves lives.
