I’m here to tell you most people don’t need more time. They need a better relationship with the time they already have.

One thing I notice with a lot of my clients is that they swear they don’t have time for themselves, but the real issue is usually a lack of structure, direction, and intentionality.

So we fix that first.

Do the 4 things in this video for 30 days, and you’ll absolutely stop treating yourself and your goals like an afterthought.

You don’t end up in disrespectful situations by accident.

It builds slowly. Every time you ignore your own needs, over-explain yourself, or keep giving people access they haven’t earned. It feels small in the moment, but it adds up.

Then one day you’re looking around like… how did I get here?

Sis, you got here by not choosing yourself consistently lol.

By not RESPECTING YOURSELF.

People learn how to engage with you based on what you consistently accept. Not what you say once, but what you let slide over and over again.

So if something feels off, that’s your cue. Not to overthink it, not to talk yourself out of it, but to actually move different.

It's not laziness, boo. I'm pretty sure it's your nervous system.⁠

So hold off on attaching yourself to needing more discipline or a better morning routine or another 75 Hard challenge. (IYKYK)⁠

You need your nervous system to actually believe that the life you want is safe to step into. ⁠

You need it to stop Harlem shaking when you decide to embark on growth and have a little audacity.⁠

This is the type of work no one talks about. Because it's not sexy. ⁠

But it's needed if you want that new life. ⁠

It's needed if you're ready to become your Dream Girl.⁠

Don’t get me wrong, coaching can be transformational. But it is NOT therapy.

There are diagnoses and levels of care that belong with licensed professionals. Those lines exist to protect people (including you as a coach).

Coaches need to know what we’re equipped to hold and what needs to be referred out. Point blank.

Mental health can be loud, or it can be something you carry quietly while still showing up to your life.⁠

This month’s curriculum isn’t about having the right words or doing the right things. It’s about giving yourself a little more room to be honest about where you are, without rushing to fix it.⁠

Some days will feel manageable and some won’t.⁠
But both deserve your patience and care.⁠

If you have the capacity, take one small step toward yourself.⁠
If you don’t, take care of what’s right in front of you.⁠

It came from the days I didn’t feel like it. The days I was tired, sad, overwhelmed, in my head, and could’ve easily talked myself out of it. And I didn’t. I followed through anyway.⁠

You don’t have to pretend you’re okay to start building a life that actually feels good.

And before somebody takes this the wrong way, let me be clear… depression is real, anxiety is real, and it looks different for everyone. Some days are heavier than others, and this isn’t me minimizing that at all.

This is me sitting next to you saying I know what that feels like… and I also know it’s still possible to become your Dream Girl in the middle of it.

Because the part people don’t say out loud is you can be in a hard season and still be building something meaningful at the same time. You can have days where your energy is low, your thoughts are loud, and still make small decisions that move your life forward. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing.

Your life doesn’t open up after everything is perfect. It opens up when you learn how to carry both… the weight and the vision.

And if you’ve been stuck wanting more for yourself but your mood, your thoughts, or your habits keep pulling you back, I get it. I’ve lived that cycle.

That’s exactly why I coach the way I do.

We’re not ignoring your emotions. We’re building structure, support, and a mindset that actually holds you through those moments so you don’t keep disappearing on yourself every time things feel hard.

It means you’re lying to someone… yourself. And I say that with all the love, I swear.⁠

Do me a favor and take a real look at the difference between the version of you you talk about and the version that shows up in your day-to-day life.⁠

Are you actually showing up for the gym?⁠
Are you meeting your 6AM wake-up call?⁠
Are you standing firm behind your boundaries?⁠
Are you showing up like the confident baddie you claim yourself to be?⁠

That difference is built through the choices you make when things feel inconvenient, when your mood shifts, or when no one is watching.⁠

You keep forgetting who you are, boo. And I need you to believe me when I say you’re everything.

The issue isn’t your ability. It’s the way you second guess how amazing you are, then turn around and accept the bare minimum like it’s all that’s available. It’s not.

Do you see the disconnect?

You are not plain white rice.
You’re jollof rice cooked to perfection, the pot everybody is fighting over, the dish that shifts the whole table the moment it arrives.

And deep down, you know that.
You feel that version of you tapping you on the shoulder, asking you to stop acting like you are less than what you are.
She wants to take up space.
She wants to choose herself on purpose.
She wants a life that reflects the woman she has worked so hard to grow into, not the watered down version she created out of fear.
