Are you ready for your annual survey? A to Z Assisted Living Services can assist😃 some important items to check are:

disaster drill for employees is conducted on each shift at least once every three months and documented.

An evacuation drill for employees and residents
Is conducted at least once every six months.

Documentation of each evacuation drill is created, is maintained for at least 12 months after the date of the evacuation drill, and includes:
a. The date and time of the evacuation drill;
b. The amount of time taken for employees and residents to evacuate the assisted living facility.
