On August 19 2021, AZ Mix suffered a tremendous loss with the passing of our founder, owner, and compounder, Taheo Ham.

It’s hard to believe it has been five years. Taheo poured so much of himself into AZ Mix, and we are incredibly proud to continue the vision he had for this pharmacy.

I am especially grateful for our amazing pharmacy technicians, whose dedication, hard work, and loyalty have helped keep AZ Mix going and allowed us to continue what Taheo started. I truly could not do this without them.

Taheo, thank you for watching over us and guiding us along the way. We hope we are making you proud. ❤️
