Just wanted to take a minute to brag on our members! We regularly post lost items on our Instagram story, and in almost a year of business, every single lost item has made it back to its owner! Members always turn things in at the front desk or leave them in our designated area. After nearly 20 years of being in gyms and having things stolen myself, this means a lot. One of my biggest goals when opening Fitness Mafia Athletics was to build a gym with high standards and members who upheld them. From taking care of the equipment, respecting our rules, reracking weights, and the younger kids respectful, our members continue to prove why we have such a great community. Nobody is perfect, but when you want greatness, you surround yourself with it and live by the standards you expect from others. Thank you to our members for showing integrity, respect, and honor. We’ve had a ton of members asking how to use our new dynamic Inverse Leg Curl all the way from Mississippi State! With just a few simple adjustments, Gabrielle Guidry is showing you how easy it is to get set up and start using this awesome piece of equipment!

The biggest thing to remember is to start with plenty of counterbalance weight so you don’t end up faceplanting! The more weight you add, the easier the movement becomes. It’s always better to start with more assistance and gradually work your way down as you get stronger. The ultimate goal is to eventually perform the movement using only your body weight without any counterbalance assistance!

We are semi private, 24 hours, and have the largest equipment selection around. With close to 90 pieces of gym equipment NOT including Cardio we have everything you need to be successful in the gym. Need guidance? Get professional help from Gabrielle Guidry and Ifbb Pro Joshua Guidry just want a meal plan or workout plan? We sell those too if you don’t want personal training. We the owners are on side members daily training and leading by example. We aren’t the cheapest gym we aren’t the most expensive gym but what we do have is something you can’t buy. A great environment that members say it keeps them showing up, many say they used to skip the gym frequently but since joining they’ve been more consistent than ever. Your first day is free so don’t just take my word for it or members come see for yourself! We were also recently voted best gym and fitness studio for Pearl River county 2026 in just our first year in business

Another Monday to get better!!! If our large selection of equipment doesn’t get you through the doors maybe Zeus will! He’s been rocking with us since before the grand opening last year! Members have truly loved him and the gym is one of his happy places! He knows he will get unlimited pets and treats! Come stop by and get your first free workout and make it even sweeter with some love from him. Zeus is one of the cleanest smartest and funniest dogs and he does NOT shed! He definitely helps make people feel even more comfortable ❤️

We are 24 hours for members but if you’re a local first time guest we can get you in the doors anytime any day from 8am to 8pm! What’s even better? If you like it and want to move forward all memberships are done electronically all we need is your phone number and you’ll get a link sent over to fill out and we send a member waiver and all you have to come to the club for next is to pick up your 24 hour access key fob. Super easy process and we even have a pick up location outside for you to grab your key when it’s most convenient for you 🔥
