Hello friends! Have you ever had a purple sweet potato before 🍠? Did you know that if you boil it, it releases a gorgeous nutrient dense liquid into the water and you can drink it as tea? I’m drinking mine with a bit of oat milk, a pinch of cardamom and cinnamon and it is absolutely delicious, plus the color is stunning 🤩 Purple veggies and fruits are high in antioxidants such as anthocyanin which can help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in the body. I just can’t get enough of this color 😍💜
