This month, I found myself sitting with uncertainty about what to share on my blog. Nothing felt quite right at first. As I reflected more deeply, and as I witnessed the ongoing shifts, challenges, and collective heaviness in the world, I realized I didn’t need to search for something complex or perfectly articulated.

Instead, I felt called to offer something simple. Something grounding.

What emerged is a gentle, guided meditation. One that reflects where I am in this moment, and extends a heartfelt intention for you, and for our shared world.
