Hey all! Parking on our block is going to be a little challenging for the next couple of weeks due to one of the vacant buildings up the road getting a new roof - cranes, crews, and lots of supplies moving in and out of the area.

Be mindful and watch out for workers if you're passing through. If you're coming to visit us or any of our awesome neighbors, we're all open and there is plenty of parking to the north, the south, and all of the side streets surrounding the block.

"Your labs are normal."

So… you nod, thank your doctor, stop by reception to book your appointment for next year, and then you spend the next 11 months convincing yourself that this must just be how you're supposed to feel at this age - your labs were "normal," after all.

But normal is a range. It's not a target. It's the floor and the ceiling across a large population (half of whom probably feel like garbage too). How can we say a level of 300 ng/dl is "normal" for you without knowing what your levels were when you were 25?

Needing three cups of coffee just to feel human by 10am isn't "normal."
Having zero motivation to do the things you love isn't "normal."
Struggling in the bedroom or the gym isn't "normal."
Collapsing on the couch the second you get home instead of playing with your kids isn't "normal."

We don't just treat lab values here. We treat people.

So… if "normal" doesn't feel like enough, let's talk about what optimal looks like for you.
