Okay but... What really ARE emotions?
Swipe through these homemade slides if you're curious!

Reminding myself that emotions are messengers and to listen to them accordingly has been a HUGE key player in maintaining or regaining my peace. Attunement to these emotions rather than resisting or facilitating them is also, key!

Reach out if you need to chat or if you are curious about more inner work with self!

Between the inhale and the exhale lives two beautiful things: The present moment, and YOU. Perfectly whole, perfectly here. Be here now. Be whole now.

Seriously, there is something to be said about women connecting in real time, real feelings, real s**t... and my goodness am I absolutely blessed to be part of some really, really solid groups of women...

Something is in the air, and the old ways feel like they were drifting back to so many of us, maybe as a whisper, maybe as a call, and for some of us, A SHOUT. A KNOWING. A REMEMBERANCE. A NEED.

The divine feminine is here because it never left. The divine feminine is force. The divine feminine is flow. The divine feminine is grace. The divine feminine is destruction. The divine feminine is death. The divine feminine is birth.

Love and hate. Light and dark. Both ends of the same line. I love you all so much, so honored and grateful to have you all.
