A little birdie 🐦 told me to raffle off a FREE VIP TICKET 🎟 this Sunday eveningggg!! 💕 And that is the PLAN!
I'll be jumping on the LIVE this Friday to make a formal announcement to the interweb people but wanted to give you a sneak peek here first! The schedule is here and the somatic sessions are waiting for you! AND I've added in a Collective Sound Bath for EVERYONE at the end of the event 🥳🥰
We'll start with breathwork & meditation for session #1 to bring us out of mind and into body, gentle stretching and yin yoga to mindfully relax the body for session #2, and ending in a restorative sound bath with your own personal cooling eye mask.
You're VIP Lifted Spiritss sessions also includes endless goodies like: Collegan & Camu Camu shot, olive oil shot, facial serum sample, perfume roller/salve, crystal & spiritual mystery baggies, free yoga class ✨️ Oh and raffling off: 3 Personal training packages, healing with horses session, medium reading & selected book, 3 card pull & Mini reading, 10% off reading, and my goodness the list is growing and that doesn't even include any of the goodies I'm adding in from me!!
Wowsaaaa I cannot wait to circle/square(?)😆 up with all of you outside on the deck in the fresh air at Evergreen Community Park for VIP sessions! Oh and don't worry, you'll have 45 minutes to start before session #1 to meet the healers/sign up for services and you'll have 45 minute breaks in between sessions to get more services, take restroom breaks, go touch grass etc 😉
