Somewhere along the way, many women learned that being strong meant:
“Don’t complain.”
“Keep going.”
“Handle it yourself.”
“Everyone else comes first.”
And while those patterns may have helped you survive…
They can become exhausting to maintain.
Because your body wasn’t designed to carry the weight of everyone and everything all the time.
If you’ve always been the strong one, I want you to hear this:
✨ You don’t have to do it all.
✨ You don’t have to earn rest.
✨ You don’t have to prove your worth by pushing through.
Sometimes healing begins when you stop asking:
“How much more can I handle?”
And start asking:
“What do I need?”
