I feel out of my routines. I like to say it goes back to September when my daughter’s dad passed but it really goes back to when my mom got sick in 2024. I slowed down at jiu jitsu and eventually stopped, stopped walking and stopped my morning routine. I was struggling with dizziness which made it hard to do physical activities. The gym was no longer a safe haven for me.

It’s wild what grief and survival does to us. Some of those things I did need to let go of and move to something else. But, my morning routine kept me sane. This is a meditation I love to do when I wake up that I’m bringing back into my morning routine.

It also made me think it would be fun to do a mantra and breathing class at the studio. Check this out.

Been feeling down. Ahhh it happens. It’s human! It’s ok.

Instead of my spiraling I….

💕made an intention candle and burned it
💕pulled cards and reflected
💕journaled
💕used my solfeggio tuning forks
💕listened to an inspirational message
💕talked to myself with compassion
💕thanked the universe and asked my guides for support
💕took a bike ride

When we can slow down in these moments, we can create new healthy habits that help us feel loved and supported. Even when sometimes we prefer to do it alone.

We are never truly alone.

I don’t know about all of you but I’ve been feeling a little lost lately. Almost as if, I can’t take the next step or speak the next word. This is the collective card I pulled this morning. A reminder to tap back into self to remember the ancient wisdom within. This too shall pass.

Did you know at the studio we’ve got a spell bar of sorts? We’ve got all sorts of candles, oils and herbs that we can help you put together!

This one is a blend of quick money herbs, basil and rice. I anointed it with my money oil and set an intention of prosperity, stability and harmony.

I’m personally a huge believer that intention is all you need. The materials are simply a beautiful symbol and representation. However, I still try to choose the best ones 😍
