Now open for registration, the ALLORA Sound Training is a comprehensive curriculum covering the science, the instruments, the ethics, and the embodiment of sound healing. Built for beginners and existing practitioners alike. Available as a fully self-paced pathway with personalized mentorship and direct touch base points with me throughout. You do not need prior experience. You do not need to know exactly how you will use sound. You just need to feel called to it. To the birthing person and Mama who is cluster feeding at 2am wondering if she is enough - you are. To the one whose latch took weeks to figure out and who cried more than she expected - that was hard and you stayed. To the one who pumped in bathrooms and boardrooms and cars - the dedication that took is extraordinary. To the one whose body did not make enough no matter how hard she tried - you gave everything you had. To the one who is in it right now, exhausted and tender and unsure - you are not alone in this room. Breastfeeding is one of the most physically and emotionally demanding things a postpartum body navigates. It deserves more support, more patience, and more grace than it is often given. Every feeding journey is its own story.

These are the moments I do this work for. The partner who felt held alongside their person. The family who navigated the unexpected and still felt supported. The birthing person who arrived prepared, confident, and not alone. Every birth is different. What stays the same is the commitment to show up fully for whatever unfolds.

We are a little behind on introducing some of our spring ALLORA babies and we are not sorry about it (maybe a little because the cuteness is real). We have been busy being in the rooms where it happens. Here are a few of our little ones wearing their handmade ALLORA baby keepsake onesies. Each onesie is stitched by hand and gifted with love to the families we have the privilege of supporting through their birth journey. One of a kind. Just like the soul who wears it. I have been quiet on here. Not because I forgot. Not because I ran out of things to say. Because I have been in the rooms that matter most. Sitting with families in some of the most profound moments of their lives. Holding space through labor, through birth, through the tender and overwhelming days that follow. Birth work will always take priority over a posting schedule. That is not an apology. That is just the truth of this work and why I do it.

Something new is coming to ALLORA. Birth Circle+ (an expansion of our monthly Birth Circle) a seasonal outdoor gathering for our ALLORA birth community. Current pregnant clients, postpartum mamas, and babies all in one space. Gentle movement. Breath. Sound. Stillness. And a whole lot of community.
