Jet has always been fascinated in how the body is put together, and how things can go wrong. It's like one gigantic puzzle. One that takes time, patience and a bit of gentleness to put back together. Jet starts with those areas that are you biggest complaints (whatever that may be). And we go from there. We take what we get from you both from our intake, and what you tell us while on the table, and follow the pain until we can start getting your body to relax. We don't need hard pressure, in fact we choose to use medium to light pressure and allow your body to guide us to what pressure you need.

And though it does take multiple sessions typically to get the body back to its fullest comfort, most people see great progress from one massage to the next!

Massage therapy is a great tool to be utilized by every body. It can help reduce pain, tension, and anxiety amongst many other things. When done regularly, it will relieve all of these things for a much longer time.

Jet... What do you mean by regular massage? It could mean every week, every 2-3 weeks, or every month.

That depends on many factors, including:

Your specific goals and needs
How much tension/anxiety you are dealing with
Whether you are working to deal with a pain vs. maintaining your current level of life.
