This weekend was full of excitement! We worked on 4 recipes that will be part of a really exciting collab. We will be sharing more details soon! It was a dreary weekend here, and of course the sun came out as soon as we wrapped. The photos still turned out well!

We tried the viral “sh*t your pants gummies” from Trader Joe’s, and…well…you can guess how that went.

Bill told me in passing that he played the flute in 4th grade, assuming I knew. I didn’t. Apparently he missed his calling as a prodigy flautist in the 4th grade.

It’s a working weekend! We have a really exciting collab coming up that we can’t wait to share with you, and we will be here cooking and photographing recipes all weekend!

Which recipe would you choose?

1. Grilled corn with butter, New Bae, cotija cheese and fresh parsley.

2. Spicy watermelon salad with thinly sliced cucumber, Serrano pepper, lime juice, olive oil, honey, feta, and cilantro.

Both were INCREDIBLE!! Big “oh my god” reactions at first bite. Both recipes also bring the heat!!

This is one of the many reasons I don’t use AI… I asked ChatGPT to make a gif of our spices spilling out of the bag. It gave me an imagine of our Steak Seasoning giving birth out the bottom of the bag. 🤪

Maybe my prompt needed to be more clear…I never use ai, so I just winged it, but it clearly didn’t work out.
