FINGER MALAS debut Thursday 12/18!

I'm excited to share my latest creation that helps to magnify well-being!

Finger malas are short strings of beads that are just big enough to fit over one or two fingers during breath or mantra practice.

The ones that I make come in 11, 14, and 18 bead lengths.

They are used in the same way that wrist and neck malas are used. They may be small, but they are powerful for giving focus to brief practices.

And they are so cute!

Go big or go home? No! Go small and come home to who you really are!

Finger malas can help to engage practice.
