Sorry people ~ Ditch the empty stomach caffeine. Try adrenal cocktails, sea salt + lemon 🍋 water first thing.
🥗 Eat enough (not just "clean")
~Undereating can slow digestion + hormone production. Your gut and metabolism need fuel. 👌🏾
❇️Get sunlight 🌞 on your skin + in your eyes 👀
~Morning sun helps reset your circadian rhythm, regulate cortisol, and support digestion.
❇️Poop 💩 daily (and if you're not... that's a sign!) 😩
~If you're not going every day, your liver, hormones, and digestion are struggling. Start tracking it 👍🏽
❇️Add cooked beets, carrots 🥕 and bitter greens 🥬
~These support bile flow, estrogen detox, and a happy liver - essential for less bloat + better hormone balance.
❇️Ditch the gut-inflaming protein bars + gums

❇️Say no to stressy workouts
- If you're bloated, constipated, and fatigued, HIIT may be making things worse. Try walking, pilates, or strength training 💪🏽
