Sacred Centered You

Sacred Centered You Offering experiences born in the concepts of self-discovery, personal acceptance, & deep healing. Who the f$@% is Leza Vivio? Centered. You., LLC. A lone wolf. You.

Please allow me to introduce myself... Hello, Sacred Friend!!! Currently, I am the owner and founder of Sacred. However, it is abundantly clear to me, I am the merely the coordinator and voice of an energy and spirit that defies any of my practical, human expectations. As I follow the path of this energy, I can’t help but admire how it works to assemble together a compilation of the most amazing and beautiful souls. I feel strongly that if we are together, I find myself in the presence of a cycle-breaker. A black sheep of the family. I know you who you are even if you haven't yet realized it... YOU are the one taking responsibility for your ancestral healing. This is one hell of an undertaking and you are not alone. Those who assemble with us are ones who come together to be inspired, who crave understanding, who seek to live their lives healed, and have the heart to come into compassion and love for all. Sacred. is a Wellness Collective and Healing Space whose mission is clear... to promote spiritual development and personal growth because we live in a world that is now changed. We develop our programs and experiences being mindful that our job is to approach assisting each person in THEIR personal growth through improving THEIR personal awareness to promote THEIR own changes that are in congruence with what THEY resonate with as truth. If you feel aligned... You know why you are here. Your journey is NOW!

Assess your interest in end-of-life work, gain insight into the deathcare landscape, and identify relevant training options.

An increasing number of people are feeling the call to become death doulas, and there are many paths to accomplish that goal –including a variety of training and certificate programs, even though there is no licensing body overseeing the process and certification is not necessary for doing doula work.

In this 90 workshop, participants will explore their motivation for becoming an End-of-Life Doula and learn about the landscape of deathcare today. We will explore and discuss how our motivation and goals intersect with what is needed –and discuss whether (and which) death doula training will help further those goals.

Participants are asked to arrive with some sense of why they feel called to be doulas and having done at least some exploration of what existing programs they might be interested in.

This is a small group experience. Space is limited to ensure that everyone is included in the conversation.

Cost: $20** Please Note: Taxes and Fees are added to each ticket by Eventbrite.

If cost is prohibitive, scholarships are also available, click here for application. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfDrQalrkaXGFaCF1bsW8BFr7pYKtI4D2A2jPevuFqFClPznA/viewform?usp=header

If you’d like to register outside of Eventbrite, you are welcome to message us and we will arrange a payment via Venmo or PayPal with Helen directly.

This is an interactive, conversation-driven workshop; if you are unable to join live, we will host a follow-up session later this season. THIS WILL NOT BE RECORDED.

Father's Day has a way of inviting reflection—not only about the fathers we had, but about the fathers we needed.

Our culture has become surprisingly comfortable with fatherlessness. We know absent fathers, emotionally unavailable fathers, angry fathers, passive fathers, distracted fathers. Yet we never seem to let go of the fantasy of the father: the wise man who lovingly guides us and fiercely protects us.

When that figure is absent, unavailable, or unable to provide what we need, we adapt.

Many boys grow into men determined not to become their father and spend years defining themselves by opposition while others remain ever-present in their father’s shadow and carry this burden proudly into another generation.

Depression in men is often one of the most misunderstood forms of suffering. Many men experience it not as sadness, but as exhaustion, irritability, isolation, resentment, or a quiet sense that something is missing. It shapes relationships, health, purpose, and the way a man experiences his own life.

This Father's Day, I find myself reflecting not only on the lessons of my father and the impact of his life on the woman that I’ve become, but on the men that I’ve come to serve: my husband, my brothers, my friends, and most of all, my clients.

Many of the men I work with learned early that safety, acceptance, and emotional connection were more available through the women in their lives. These women became sources of comfort, understanding, and emotional refuge. Over time, many of these boys learned to associate goodness with accommodation. They become the men we often call "nice guys."

And while these behaviors are often praised, they come with a cost.

The cost is self-abandonment.

The world doesn’t need more nice guys; it needs honest men.

Help the nice guys around you by making room for their needs, not just their usefulness. By reminding them that their value is not determined by their ability to keep everyone happy. By encouraging them to tell the truth, even when that truth is uncomfortable. By supporting the difficult conversations that lead to real connection.

Be mindful, because the truth is, nice guys are good boys, but not yet men.

Happy Father’s Day! ❤️
