Today we’re celebrating Nursing Home Week with a fun-filled Carnival Day for our incredible staff! From games and prizes to refreshments and entertainment, this afternoon is all about recognizing the compassion, dedication, and hard work our team brings every single day. ❤️

Not all heroes wear capes… but today, some of ours did! From Wonder Woman to Spider-Man and beyond, our amazing residents and staff showed off their superpowers—strength, resilience, kindness, and a whole lot of fun.

Because here at Champion City, every day is about celebrating the real heroes who inspire us all. 💙

Easter was full of smiles, laughter, and sweet moments here at Champion City Rehabilitation and Nursing!

Our residents had such a great time celebrating together, decorating, enjoying festive treats, and just soaking in the holiday spirit with friends and staff. It’s days like these that remind us how special this community truly is 💛

A big shoutout to our team for putting together such a fun and meaningful celebration, and to our residents for bringing the joy to every moment.

Puppy Day at Champion City and suddenly everyone forgot what they were doing 🐾😂

Meetings canceled. Plans changed. It turned into “drop everything and pet the dog” real quick.

Our special guest came in, stole every heart in the building… and left with zero regrets (and probably a few extra treats 👀)

We had such a sweet and special St. Patrick’s Day here at Champion City Rehabilitation Center 🍀

Our residents had a great time getting into the spirit, dressed in their greens and stopping by our festive photo setup for some fun pictures. The smiles say it all! just pure joy, laughter, and a little bit of that St. Paddy’s Day magic.

It was one of those simple days that meant a lot… spending time together, sharing laughs, and making everyone feel seen and celebrated. Moments like these are what make our community so special 💚
