There’s something incredibly healing about slowing down.

This weekend, I had the opportunity to experience Forest Therapy with Lori beneath the light of the full moon. 🌕✨ It was a beautiful reminder that nature has a way of grounding us, calming our nervous systems, and bringing us back to ourselves.

Thank you, Lori, for creating such a welcoming space for reflection, connection, and presence. And thank you to Mother Nature for always showing up exactly as we need her. 🌿💚
