Hi Friends,

Sorry it's been so long. Unfortunately, we lost funding for park yoga this season. It may return next summer. In the meantime, come do some yoga with our furry friends and help support them.

Hi Yogis,

As you may be aware, Canada is on fire. As a result, much of the Northeastern United States (and more) is experiencing poor air quality. While we Pittsburghers have lungs of steel, breathing clean air is essential. If the air quality is rated as red or purple the 10 am class at Schenley Plaza will not take place 7/1.
Remember if you are sensitive, wearing any sort of barrier will help, but grab an N95 if you have one (thanks pandemic?).
Please take care of yourselves and be safe.

Tomorrow 10 am, Matt Price Drumming will be joining us for the first class of the 2023 park season (6/3).

Bring your drums or other percussion instruments if you have them. Either way hang after class for a drum circle!

Don't forget to tip the accompanist. :)

June is upon us which means most Saturdays at 10 am, there will be someone teaching yoga at Schenley Plaza!

Hello Friends,

Hopefully some of you are enjoying the free park yoga as I write this. Remember Mondays at noon and Saturdays at 10 am in Schenley Plaza. There will be no class on Monday, July 4th.

Hello Friends,

Teaching a couple of online classes. Starting today I will be teaching Tuesdays @ 4:30 pm. Come join the cats and I for some breathing.

Easter Sunday (4/4/21) Schedule Updates: The 10AM All-Levels (w/ LouAnn Swogger Subbing) & 6:30PM Restorative (w/ Holly Koenig) are on. All other classes are cancelled for the day. The rest of the weekend will run as normal.
