π¨ STOP Copying Random Advice From The Internet π¨
One of the biggest mistakes I see people make is hearing about a peptide, supplement, or wellness trend online and assuming that's all they need to do. π³
They see someone's results...
They hear what a friend is doing...
They watch an influencer's video... π±
Then they copy it and expect the same outcome.
The problem? It doesn't work that way. π
β Your goals aren't their goals
β Your starting point isn't their starting point
β Your challenges aren't their challenges
β Your plan shouldn't be their plan
β€οΈ The photos in the first comment are my mother's progress over the course of a year.
Yes, a peptide was part of her overall plan. But what most people don't see is where she started.
She was carrying a significant amount of weight, dealing with severe back issues, struggling with mobility, and battling depression. Exercise wasn't the first step because physically she wasn't in a position where that was realistic.
Instead, we focused on what she COULD do.
π₯ Improving nutrition
π§ Creating better daily habits
π Building consistency
π― Taking things one step at a time
As progress was made, weight started coming down, mobility improved, confidence started returning, and she was eventually able to become more active.
That's why I always tell people that a peptide, supplement, or wellness tool is exactly thatβa tool. π§©
The real key is understanding where YOU are starting and building a plan around your specific situation.
Too many people are taking advice from influencers, comment sections, or friends without realizing they're trying to copy someone else's journey.
π― Success comes from having the right strategy for YOU, making adjustments when needed, and staying consistent long enough to let the process work.
