Poor pressure + tension = leaks😩

Before you quit your workouts💪🏾… read this.

If you’re leaking when you jump, run, or even laugh, it doesn’t automatically mean your pelvic floor is weak.

In fact, a lot of women I see are actually dealing with too much tension🤔

When your pelvic floor is tight, it can’t lengthen and respond when your body needs it to.

Now add poor pressure management—like holding your breath, bracing too hard, or not coordinating your core—and that pressure has nowhere to go.

So it leaks.

That’s why doing more Kegels isn’t always the answer.

The real fix? Learning how to:
✔️ Release tension
✔️ Breathe properly
✔️ Coordinate your core + pelvic floor

Because when your system works together, you feel stronger, more in control, and more confident in your body.

You don’t have to stop working out—you just need the right strategy.

If this sounds like you, I created something to help you get started.

Comment DRY and I’ll send it your wa.🙌🏽

Leaking when you cough, laugh, sneeze, or work out is common — but it’s not something you have to live with 🦴🤍

This Saturday, I’m hosting a small, in-person workshop focused on urine leakage, bladder control, and pelvic floor health — and there are only a few spots left.

If you’re local and ready to understand why leakage is happening and what actually helps (beyond “just do Kegels”), I would love to have you in the room.

Can’t make it in person this Saturday?
💻 Comment “ONLINE” or DM me ONLINE to join the beta group for my online course launching in March, where I’ll be teaching this step-by-step.

Whether in person or online, the goal is the same: confidence, control, and no more planning your life around the bathroom.

The link to register for the in-person workshop is in the comments below! Cant wait to see you there!
