I took the kids to the beach last summer. I was really at my heaviest but it was the beach and I needed to let crap go so I could take the step to get my life back in check. On this day's picture, I decided when I got home I was going to make a change in what I was doing. By October I just did the workout and did the supplements.. drank the water.. By my bday this year, I had made real progress. Saying all this to say application and hard work with a little determination to see your better self goes a long way..

All of this change can work for you.. the question is when do you really want change? How much longer are you going to want to change and not take a step forward? If you could do it in 3 months would the sacrifice be worth it to you?
