This week, I said yes to another 365 days with my business coach.

It wasn’t because I needed another strategy.

Over the past year, I’ve been able to:
Launch and refine my signature 3- and 6-month coaching programs.

Grow Speak to Grow into a space where entrepreneurs learn how to leverage speaking opportunities to increase their impact and revenue. (Relaunching in August, stay tuned)

Expand my vision for retreats beyond local experiences.

And now, I’m on the verge of selling out my first international retreat in Oaxaca, Mexico.

I’m deeply grateful for every one of those milestones.

But they aren’t the reason I renewed.

I renewed because of what happens in between the milestones.

The moments when I can’t see my own blind spots.

The moments when I’m growing so quickly that I need someone to help me sort through the noise.

The moments when I’m navigating a challenge and need someone to ask the question I haven’t thought to ask myself.

The moments when I need to be reminded of who I am and where I’m headed.

That’s what great coaching has given me.

Not someone to tell me what to do.

Someone who helps me see more clearly.

Someone who challenges me.

Someone who celebrates with me.

Someone who helps me move forward with more confidence and less second-guessing.

As entrepreneurs, we spend so much time being the one others rely on.

The leader.
The problem solver.
The decision maker.

I’ve learned that having someone in your corner doesn’t make you less capable.

It makes you stronger.

And if I’m being honest, I don’t think I would be where I am today, 11 years into entrepreneurship, without the coaches, mentors, and communities that have helped me grow along the way.

This is one of the reasons I believe so deeply in coaching.

Not because people need fixing.

Because sometimes the fastest path forward is having someone help you see what you can’t see on your own.

When my client sent me this message, I smiled immediately.

Not because she turned off her email notifications.

Because of what it represented.

For years, those notifications had become part of her identity as a leader.

The constant pings.
The quick responses.
The feeling that she always needed to know what was happening.

Many high-achieving women entrepreneurs know exactly what I’m talking about.

At some point, being available becomes automatic.

So automatic that we stop questioning it.

What made this moment so special wasn’t the technology.

It was the trust.

Trust in her team.
Trust in the systems she has built.

Trust that she doesn’t have to carry everything herself.

And perhaps most importantly, trust that her worth as a leader isn’t measured by how quickly she responds to an email.

This is the kind of transformation that often happens quietly.

No big announcement.

No flashy milestone.

Just a woman realizing she can finally breathe a little deeper.

And sometimes those are the breakthroughs that change everything.

🌟 If you’re reading this and quietly thinking...

“That’s me.”

If you’re tired of feeling reactive.
If you’re carrying more than you should.
If you know something needs to shift but you’re not quite sure where to begin.

👉I’m opening 3 complimentary 1:1 Strategy Calls in June.

No pressure.
No hard sales pitch.

Just a conversation to help you identify what’s creating the most friction in your business and where your next best step may be.

I only open these up a few times each year when I feel called to, so once these 3 spots are filled, they’ll be gone for a while.

DM me “MOMENTUM” and let’s chat.

One of my responsibilities as a holistic business coach is staying curious enough to see what’s coming next.

That’s what brought me to this AI Summit today...

Not because I believe technology replaces human connection.

Not because I think every entrepreneur needs to automate everything.

I’m here because part of my responsibility as a coach is continuing to learn.

The entrepreneurs I work with are already wearing enough hats.

They’re serving clients.
Leading teams.
Following up on opportunities.
Managing operations.
Trying to grow their business while still having a life outside of it.

And sometimes the answer isn’t working harder.

Sometimes it’s creating better systems.
Sometimes it’s removing unnecessary friction.
Sometimes it’s leveraging tools that allow you to focus more of your time and energy on the work only you can do.

One of the things I love most about entrepreneurship is that there is always something new to learn.

My goal isn’t to chase every new trend.

It’s to understand what actually creates value and helps my clients create momentum more intentionally.

So today I’m learning.

Asking questions.
Building.
Testing.

And exploring how AI can support entrepreneurs in practical ways while keeping the human element at the center.

Because technology should support the business.

And the business should support the life you’re building.

Remembering who you are when nobody needs anything from you.

Not your clients.
Not your team.
Not your family.
Not your community.
Not the people who depend on you.

Just you.

I think that’s the part we don’t talk about enough as women entrepreneurs.

We become so good at carrying responsibility, solving problems, and showing up for everyone else that we slowly lose touch with the woman underneath all the roles we play.

Not because we’ve done anything wrong.
Not because we don’t love the life we’ve built.

But because life gets full.

And when life gets full, we often stop making space for ourselves.

That’s why I created More of Me.

Not as an escape from life.
But as a return to it.

A return to your creativity.

Your joy.
Your curiosity.
Your voice.
Your dreams.

The women joining me in Oaxaca aren’t waiting until they’re completely burned out.

They’re choosing to reconnect before the next chapter begins.

And I think there’s wisdom in that.

✨ One spot remains.

A few years ago, I kept looking around wondering if I was doing business "the right way."

I watched what worked for other people.
I questioned my instincts.

I tried to make sense of why the way I wanted to serve felt different from what everyone else seemed to be teaching.

Then I met a coach who saw something I was struggling to fully trust in myself.

She didn't just understand my business.
She understood my heart.

She saw why I cared so deeply about helping entrepreneurs succeed without sacrificing themselves in the process.

She understood why strategy alone never felt complete to me.

Why rest mattered.

Why mindfulness mattered.

Why the woman building the business mattered just as much as the business itself.
It didn't always make sense to everyone else.

But it made sense to her.

Looking back now, I've navigated seasons that could have easily convinced me to quit.

Burnout.
Health challenges.
Self-doubt.
Big pivots.

Moments where the path forward felt unclear.

And yet, through all of it, one thing became increasingly true:

The more I allowed myself to be fully me, the more aligned everything became.

The clients.
The opportunities.
The partnerships.
The ideas.
The experiences.

Even this next chapter.

In just a few weeks, I'll be leading my first international retreat in Oaxaca, Mexico.

A dream that once felt impossibly far away.

And perhaps the most beautiful part is that I didn't get here by becoming someone else.

I got here by becoming more of myself.

I think that's true for many of us.

The next level isn't always found in doing more.

Sometimes it's found in trusting who you've been all along.

And for that reminder, I will always be grateful.

Over the past few days, my inbox has been filling with messages like these.

"I've been thinking about it."

"Is there space left?"

"Talk to you then."

At first glance, they seem like simple questions.

But I don't think they're really asking about Oaxaca.

I think they're asking themselves:

-What would happen if I finally gave myself permission to pause?

-What would happen if I stepped away long enough to hear my own thoughts again?

-What would happen if I stopped waiting until burnout to take care of myself?

The women joining us aren't looking for another productivity hack.

They're successful.
Capable.
Driven.

And they're choosing something many entrepreneurs forget is necessary:

Space.

Space to breathe.
Space to reflect.

Space to reconnect with the version of themselves that has gotten quieter beneath the responsibilities, expectations, and constant output.

Because sometimes what we're longing for isn't a place.

It's ourselves.

One woman described it perfectly during a recent conversation:

"I've been on a healing journey for about four years. I'd like to encompass those techniques as a part of me and not something I need to do."

That stayed with me.

Because that's exactly what this retreat is about.

Not becoming someone new.

Remembering who you've been all along.

✨ One spot remains for the woman who knows it's time.

DM "MEXICO" if you'd like the details and join us!

A recent coaching conversation stopped me in my tracks.
My client had spent years building goals around security.

More certifications.
More projects.
More plans.
More backup plans.

On paper, it looked responsible.

But during our session, she realized something powerful:
Many of those goals weren't being driven by excitement.

They were being driven by fear.

Fear of not having enough.
Fear of losing what she had built.
Fear of making the wrong choice.
Fear of being left without options.

I think many entrepreneurs can relate.

Fear is sneaky because it often disguises itself as ambition.

It sounds like:
"I just need one more certification."
"I just need one more income stream."
"I just need one more plan."

Meanwhile, your body is exhausted.
Your creativity feels blocked.
And no matter how much you accomplish, it never quite feels like enough.

The breakthrough wasn't creating a bigger goal.

The breakthrough was asking:
"Would I still want this if fear wasn't making the decision?"

That's a very different question.

The women I work with aren't lacking motivation.

Most are incredibly driven.

What they're craving is alignment.

A business.
A life.
A rhythm.

One that feels sustainable, meaningful, and true to who they are now.

Because when your goals are rooted in purpose instead of fear, everything changes.

I currently have 2 openings for private 1:1 coaching before my next availability opens in August.

If you've been feeling pulled in too many directions, send me a message to see when I may support you through this next chapter of business & life.

05/25/2026

One of the biggest misconceptions in entrepreneurship is that when things feel hard… you simply need to push harder.

But sometimes the real issue isn’t lack of discipline.

It’s mental heaviness.

A recent client came into our 1:1 session carrying so much at once:
family challenges, travel, business pressure, follow-ups piling up, emotional exhaustion, and the quiet frustration of knowing what needed to get done… but struggling to execute it all.

I think more women entrepreneurs are experiencing this than they admit.

Not because they’re incapable.
Not because they’re lazy.
Not because they’re “bad at business.”

They’re carrying too much at one time while still trying to lead well.

So instead of adding more pressure, we slowed things down enough to create a plan that actually felt doable.

We simplified.
Organized.
Mapped things out ahead of time.
Reduced decision fatigue.
Created structure that supported her real life.

That’s the kind of coaching I believe in.

Not performative productivity.
Not hustle at all costs.
Not shaming women into action.

But helping women entrepreneurs create sustainable momentum in a way that honors both the business and the human being leading it.

I’m opening 2 private coaching spots for June for women entrepreneurs who are ready for grounded strategy, honest support, and a business that feels sustainable to lead.

DM me “MOMENTUM” if that’s the kind of support you’ve been looking for.
