A savvy & busy woman entrepreneur in my world sent me this after seeing some of what I've been sharing lately:

“I’m in the phase of my business where I see your content and go ‘ahh yes my business probably would survive if I take a step back for a day’ and then I proceed to take my laptop to the bathtub so I can ‘relax.’” 😂

And THIS is exactly the conversation I’ve been wanting to have.

Because knowing your business can survive without you for a day...

and actually being able to leave the laptop behind...

are two very different things.

Sometimes the business really does need something from us.

A system isn't there yet.A client needs our expertise.Revenue is still directly tied to our time. We're in a season that genuinely requires more of us.

But sometimes?

The business could probably handle our absence better than we can.

And that's where I've become really curious.

What actually requires me?

What have I simply gotten used to carrying?

What needs a better system?

What could wait?

And what happens inside of me when I finally have
permission to step away?

Because I've learned that creating more freedom in my business has required me to understand both the season my business is in AND my own capacity within it.

For me, fall is a fuller business season.

Summer is intentionally slower.

I can plan around that now instead of expecting every month of my business to look exactly the same.

And that didn't happen because one day I magically became better at resting.

I started building differently.

The goal isn't to create a business that never needs you.

It's knowing where your presence truly matters and where you've made yourself more necessary than you need to be.

And apparently...whether the laptop actually needs to join you in the bathtub. 😂

📍So I'm curious: if you took ONE full day away from your business (no laptop, no “quick” email check, no just-making-sure-everything-is-okay)…what would be hardest for you to leave alone?

What if doing more isn't actually what's going to move your business forward?

I had such a great conversation with Janet from The Creative Tech Studio on The Studio Spotlight this morning about what it really looks like to build a business that supports your life not one that consumes it.

We talked about Rest = Revenue, the difference between being busy and actually moving your business forward, how I decide what deserves my attention in different seasons, when a coach can help you see what you can't see from inside your own business, and even some of the systems + AI automations I'm using behind the scenes at IGNITE.

And yes, we also got into something I've been building that I'm really excited about: The More of Me Collective. ❤️

One of the things I said during our conversation that I hope stays with you:

Momentum doesn't come from doing more. It comes from knowing what matters most.

Thank you, Janet, for creating the space for such a thoughtful conversation and for having me on The Studio Spotlight.

If you're an entrepreneur building something you care deeply about, I think there's something in this conversation for you. Press play and I'd love to know what lands. 🔥

You don't need another thing added to your list.

You may need to get clear on which thing on the list actually matters right now.

Because when everything feels important, everything starts competing for your time, energy, and attention.

And eventually, all that doing can actually slow you down.

This is something I come back to again and again in my own business and with the women I coach:

👉 Momentum doesn't come from doing more.It comes from knowing what matters most.

So here's the question I'd sit with today:

Of everything asking for your attention right now, what actually deserves it in this season?
And what could happen if you gave yourself permission to let the rest wait?

That's where momentum can begin.

And if you're staring at 10 things that all feel equally important, this is exactly what my 30-minute Breakthrough Call is for.

A little Godwink. 🌈🌈

Rainbows have always felt that way to me.

A reminder to look up.

To notice the colors.

To stand there for a second and think, How incredible is it that I get to see this with my own eyes?

Life has felt a little extra lately.

Extra attention needed for people I love.
Extra attention on things that matter.
And, if I’m being truthful, some things that probably don’t deserve nearly as much of my energy as I’ve given them.

And then this appeared.

The rain was still falling. The sun was peeking through. And there they were… two beautiful rainbows stretching across the sky.

I stopped.

Because even when life feels heavy, there is still something beautiful to be grateful for.

And one thing I pay close attention to in myself is my ability to stay tender.

I don’t want the responsibilities of adulthood or entrepreneurship to make me jaded.

I don’t want difficult seasons to make me cold.

I want to keep the eyes, imagination and wonder of a child who still gets ridiculously excited when she sees a double rainbow. 😂

I want beauty to still move me.

I want gratitude to sometimes bring me to tears.

And lately, there have been tears. Some joy. Some sadness. And some that I think are simply the tears that come from being human and choosing to remain fully present for this incredible journey called life.

So maybe that’s my invitation for you this weekend:

Find something that puts you back in wonder.

Something that makes you stop.

Something that reminds you that you’re here.

And let yourself be moved by it.

If you’re in one of those tender seasons right now too…

I see you. And I’m sending you a big embrace.

17 people decided exhausted wasn’t a way to keep living. So they made time. On a Sunday. Just for themselves.

We talked sleep routines… circadian rhythm… the small stuff that actually moves the needle, like a cold room and blackout curtains.

And why dreaming matters. Deep sleep is when your brain actually files away the day: memories, emotions, all of it. Skip it enough nights in a row and you feel it.

Julie & Robyn (Wellness with Robyn and Julie) made learning feel less like a lecture and more like a conversation with friends who happen to know a lot (yes, there was laughing).

We even talked about the Sunday scaries that some have in thinking about a Monday and week ahead; the stress of it.

T&T Hospitality fed us nutritious food that actually tasted amazing. I closed the session with a relaxing sound bath.

Everyone left ready for bed… and ready to start the week with real tools for the best sleep.

You're doing the sleep math again. If I fall asleep right now, that's... 5 hours. Maybe.

3am wide awake.
Foggy mornings no matter how many hours you logged.
Snapping at people you love because you're running on fumes and calling it fine.

Dream On: The Sleep Reset Experience is hosted by Wellness with Robyn and Julie At The Living Tree, two moms who traded quick fixes for real answers when their own families needed them, now Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioners.

Together with Lupita Alvarez, they're pairing real sleep science with a live crystal quartz sound bath designed to help your body finally relax enough to actually rest.

Not just add one more tip to the pile.

Picture it: waking up before your alarm, already clear-eyed.
Getting through 3pm without the crash.

Actually having patience left for the people who need it from you.
Falling asleep without your to-do list looping in the background.

Join us on Sunday, Aug 30, in Oviedo for a time to reset.

Space is limited.

Book online, no tickets available in person.

There's a version of you right now, staring at something you wrote down in January.

Telling yourself to push through.
Because quitting feels like failure.
Because you already committed.
Because what would it say about you if you stopped now.

So you keep going.
Even when it costs you.

But last week at my ACA spotlight, I said something a few women came up to me about after.

Not because you failed.
Because it doesn't fit anymore.

Give yourself permission.

To change your mind.
To change your name.
To change your logo.
To change your colors.

The sky is the limit.

Somewhere in you, you already know which one this is.

💛 If you're ready to stop forcing and actually get clear on what's still worth finishing this year, that's the exact work we do in a Momentum Mapping Call.

130 days left in 2026 and I keep coming back to a question I asked a room full of entrepreneurs last week during my workshop: what still actually matters?

Not the goals you set in January because they sounded good. The ones that are still true.

Hitting a milestone before December feels good. But the clients I love working with aren’t just chasing a number, they’re building something that doesn’t cost them everything to get there.

I’ve been there over the past 11 years and some season feel tight while others feel open and what I’ve learned is that when there is too much tightness in a season that usually means it’s time to reevaluate the priorities and ensure that the value and purpose of why you begin this whole entrepreneurship journey still rings true.

If that’s you, my 1:1 coaching is where we get honest about both: what you want to finish this year, and what you actually want your business to feel like while you do it.

I’m opening up 2 spots in September if you’re ready to get clear and focus on what truly matters while keeping your business moving in the right direction.

It started with a text.

"I'm having a rough end to my summer, tbh... so busy and stressed."
Nothing dramatic.
Just another entrepreneur running on empty... the way we all do sometimes.

"It's so engrained culturally," she said."It's a constant battle."

I hear it too.
My own family's voice, saying don't stop, keep working. Then I remind myself... I get to do this my way.

So I shared a framework with her.

One my own coach taught me a while back... and honestly, it's been a game changer. I've been passing it on to entrepreneurs ever since.

Three seasons every business moves through:Foundation. Visibility. Expansion.
Not all at once. One at a time.

She named hers instantly.

"I think I'm in the foundation phase... I hadn't actually identified it until right now."

That's clarity creating momentum.

By the end of the conversation, she was rebuilding her calendar.
Making room for white space.
Planning to rest... on purpose, not by accident.

A few texts did that.

💛 Now imagine 3 months. Or 6 with real structure, real space, and someone fully in your corner the whole way.

This is what 1:1 coaching looks like in my world.
Strategy and rest, held together.
Rest = Revenue. Clarity Creates Momentum.

If you're ready for a shift of your own, DM me "MOMENTUM" and let’s talk.
