Through guided imagery, crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes & other meditative instruments, you will leave feeling lighter & calmer ready to take on the Summer!

Yesterday was my May Soundbath & Reiki Meditation at The OM House in downtown Ogden, UT! 💜💜💜

Theme: “The Sacred Pause”

The goal was to calm the nervous system so I brought everyone into a deep meditative state as we went through each chakra. I played my heart out and it was divine!

After a fun filled day of celebrating my oldest sons’ 12th birthday I decided I needed some self heal time. Took a shower then used my Chakra mat to rebalance and reset my Chakras. Did some yoga and breathing too.

Learning how to do self care and self healing has helped me with so many things in my life. Let me know if you’re ready to start your healing journey! I’m always here for you! ✨

Starting a random video series with my kids! It’s gonna be deep Q&A with my 10 year old and 12 year old!

Lane is pretty much hilarious but he is a VERY aware child. He blows me away daily on how empathetic he is. Def teaching him ways to shield himself and self heal so he can stay his happy go lucky self!

Right now I’m trying to quit caffeine so I am making sure I get the correct amount of Vitamin d to support my body, mind and soul through this transition! 💫
