Your health, wellbeing, and goals in general can feel overwhelming when they are big ideas not yet turned into these are the actions that I take and can take.
As much as you would love to dive in and do it all, change it all at once, make this huge change happen,
There are many layers to the things happening in your life,
the things demanding your focus, attention, and energy.
You have to meet yourself where you are right here and now in this chapter of life.
That might be doing 4 intentional workouts a week,
and that might be starting with 10 squats after you start the coffee to warm up.
Start with a smaller step that allows you to get started.
Make it truly doable right now.
As you make one happen, it will be more and more doable to make more and more happen.
And all of a sudden your goals become something that you are living and doing.
Often when my clients come to me never having worked out or just not enjoying working out,
a little while in, they find themselves actually enjoying moving their body, missing working out when they do not for a while, and wanting to get back into their health forward habits after travels or funky schedules take them out of them.
Your coach is there to make it all feel simple, straight forward, and doable.
The basic steps to making your goals happen are simple,
it’s the action of finding the right ones that give you the boost and most for your effort and it’s turning those big hopes and I want to’s into this is what I can and do do.
