A few reactions to the latest recipe….

Of course I love that he used beans (just add more, for heaven’s sake) and it seems like Chef Rush is really good guy!

What are your thoughts?

Thanks to Sivan's Kitchen for the beautiful inspiration and Candice | The Edgy Veg for my favorite vegan challah recipe (I even had leftover dough to make a mini one for tonight).

My kitchen is not perfect and I’m definitely not going to wear my best clothing there because it’s going to get messy 🤪

You have no idea how much I love potatoes!

I’m doing the experimenting so you don’t have to (although I strongly encourage it 😉).

I steamed a few potatoes - both white and sweet- the other day and dreamt up this sweet potato dollop.

1/2 package super firm tofu
1 soft sweet potato (skin removed)
1 cup baby spinach
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. kosher salt

Blend in food processor till smooth. Use abundantly over baked potatoes, toast or anything you want!

Trust the potato!
