Her water broke at 2:47 AM, and baby Alysia arrived shortly after.

First-time mom did absolutely amazing. Her body knew exactly what to do— even with an epidural, she continued to progress beautifully without the need for contraction-stimulating medication.

She stayed connected, trusted her body, and surrendered to the process… and without even realizing it, she brought her baby earthside.

We had baby!! 5/28/26

Mom in 6cm 90% effaced, baby -1 station, according to the care team!!
Mom felt she need to squats, and djd!! 10 minutes after was holding her baby! !

Intuition matters!! Preparation matters, connection matters!!
