Imagine waking up to mango & coconut trees in your front yard.

Watching these dolphins swim so close today reminded me of something so simple yet so deep… 🐬🤍

At the end of the day, most of of us are simply wanting the same thing…
to love and to feel loved.

Beneath all the layers, the busyness, the walls we build, and the roles we play… no matter our shape or size, or being human or animal, there is a heart longing for connection, kindness, understanding, and belonging.

Sometimes the greatest healing comes not from grand gestures, but from feeling truly seen, heard, and cared for. ✨

Nature reflects this back to us so beautifully.
The way dolphins move together — playful, connected, gentle, and present — feels like a reminder of what really matters. 🌊

So honored to host our women’s wellness retreats on the sacred island of Kauaʻi and soak up the beautiful healing energy of the dolphins.

Drinking straight from the mountain spring while hiking on Kaua’i …Nature heals us in ways the modern world often forgets. 🌿

The sound of water flowing over rocks.
The warmth of the sun on our skin.
Bare feet touching the earth.
Salt air filling our lungs.
The quiet of the trees.
The rhythm of the waves.

Before we had endless noise, screens, and rushing…
we had the ocean, the rivers, the forests, and the sky.

So much of what we are searching for cannot be bought.
Sometimes healing looks like slowing down long enough to hear the birds sing again.
Sometimes it looks like sitting beside mountain water and letting your nervous system soften.
Sometimes it’s simply remembering we are part of nature—not separate from it.

Nature reminds us to breathe.
To pause.
To trust.
To flow.
To be like water. 💧

The more time I spend in nature, the more I remember:
we were never meant to live disconnected from this Earth,
distracted by modern-day novelties,
disconnected from ourselves and each other.

Healing doesn’t always happen in big dramatic moments.
Sometimes it happens quietly…
under the trees,
beside the ocean,
with the sound of water carrying our worries away. 🌊

This is one of the reasons I create retreats in Hawaiʻi.
Not to escape life—
but to return to what is real.

To slow down.
To reconnect.
To remember who we are beneath all the noise.

Because sometimes the greatest healing comes not from adding more…
but from coming back to nature, community, presence, and ourselves. 🤍

Before we ever called it “nervous system regulation,” it was simply how we lived.

Our ancestors would sit in the warmth of the sun, letting it soothe them. They walked through forests, bathed in rivers, and gathered around fires to share stories and connection. They sang beneath the moon, moved and danced freely in their bodies, and spent time under the stars. They lay in the grass, feeling the earth beneath them and the wind on their skin.

It wasn’t something they had to think about or practice—it was just a natural way of being.

Depression doesn’t belong to just one age group—it can touch us at any stage of life.

Whether you’re navigating loss, big life transitions, burnout, loneliness, or simply feeling disconnected… it’s real, and it matters. Sometimes it’s quiet and hidden. Sometimes it feels overwhelming. But it’s never something to dismiss or push aside.

In a world that often asks us to keep going, stay busy, and “be okay”… many are carrying more than they let on.

You don’t have to hold it all alone 🤍

That’s part of why I’ve created a weekly online meditation space—a gentle place to slow down, breathe, reconnect, and be supported in community. No pressure, no expectations… just a space to come as you are.

If you feel called, or know someone who might need a little extra support right now, you’re so welcome to join us.

After our last retreat, one of the women shared that she felt like she could finally breathe again.

And that’s really what these spaces are about.

Not fixing.
Not forcing.
Not becoming someone new.

But gently returning…
to yourself.

Over the week, I watched women arrive holding so much—and slowly begin to soften.
To laugh again.
To rest.
To feel supported without needing to explain everything.

It’s simple… but deeply powerful.

If you’ve been carrying a lot lately,
or feeling that quiet call for something more spacious, more real…

Our next retreat is coming up:
🌺 June 1–8, 2026/ Jan 14-21, 2027
Kauaʻi, Hawaiʻi

A few spaces are still open.

If it speaks to you, I’d love to connect 🤍
