Great advice to remember!!

Moms who have birthed a baby into this world are rarely if ever asked, "How are you feeling?" Usually everyone is asking about the new baby.

One of the greatest protective factors for postpartum mental health is feeling supported, seen, and cared for.

I created this simple checklist to remind partners, family, and friends that caring for a mother is just as important as caring for her baby. Small acts of kindness like bringing a meal, protecting her sleep, listening without judgment, or helping around the house can make a meaningful difference during postpartum recovery.

💛 Every mother deserves to feel supported.
