Fire C***r. Jalapenos to apples, oranges, lemon, parsley, lemon thyme, tumeric, ginger, lemon, onions, and more. Topping off with fresh horseradish, and apple c***r with the mother tonight. Steeping for next month. Will be available for sale in October, quantity limited.

Our elderberry tincture ready by Sept 11th, and plenty of elderberry syrup to go around. Last batch will be made this wkd, half and full pints.

We have decided to open a "little" farmers market store at Spring Hill Gardens. My parents were dairy farmers in WI, we were not fancy then, and we will not be now! :) Our goal is to continue offering healthy and affordable plants, shrubs, and trees. We will be offering items such as elderberry vinegar, syrup, and jelly, to homemade vanilla extract, and seasonings from our plants. This will demonstrate what can be done with your own plants. We are looking forward to seeing everyone again Sept 11-12!

These are available now! One gallon scarlett colorama crape myrtle ($12), they bloom summer through fall!

One gallon Carolina Sapphire ($12). Fast growing evergreen and drought tolerant, perfect for privacy or character in your yard!

Pineapple Guava ($12), one gallon. Fruit bearing evergreen. Can be planted in ground or containers.

Guess what is taking off from this beautiful rain! Single 3 in biodegradeable pots will be ready in a week! Cucamelons, lemon cucumbers, and marketmore cucumbers.

We are not losing hope for rain (a few sprinkles today), or cooler temps! We put together a few bridal shower gifts, but after this started planting marketmore cucumbers, lemon cucumbers, and cucamelons to sell in September! (Many more fall veggies coming)! Did I mention we are praying for rain?!

That is it! We put up another 19 half pints of elderberry syrup! We did not go the easy route, these are fresh elderberry with local raw honey! Added cinnamon sticks, fresh lemon juice, and cayenne pepper! $8 half pint, and finished up the rest dehydrated elderberries for those who want to use for tea, or their own recipes!
