I haven’t made a real Facebook post in a while. And honestly… I think that’s okay. ❤️
Because while some things have changed, the things that matter most haven’t.
I’m still training consistently.
I’m still nourishing my body.
I’m still coaching.
I’m still showing up—even on the days when motivation isn’t there.
And you know what? It’s working.
Not because I’m chasing a number on the scale.
Not because every day looks perfect.
Not because I’m trying to get back to who I was 10 or 20 years ago.
I’m stronger.
I’m more intentional.
I know my body better.
And I’ve learned that consistency will take you places that intensity never can.
But something HAS changed.
I’m settling into this season.❤️
I don’t have as many expectations for what I’m “supposed” to be doing, accomplishing or becoming.
These feelings of expectations have been HARD to let go of - actually - it felt less like letting go and more like becoming free from the entanglement of my feelings.
I’m learning to celebrate where I am… while still being excited about where I’m going.
There’s something really freeing about realizing you don’t have to reinvent yourself every time life changes.
- READ that again!
I did and it feels good!
Sometimes you just keep the things that are working…
and let go of the pressure to become something else.
So this season?
I’m choosing consistency over perfection.
Strength over shrinking.
Peace over pressure.
And gratitude for the woman I’ve become.
Maybe the goal isn’t always to change.
Maybe sometimes the goal is to recognize how far you’ve already come. 🤍
