Rehab can be tough on everyone! Addressing pain points that emerge from stall rest or compensation can be a huge benefit for a horse’s well-being and overall happiness through the process.

Darby, Boston’s rider was able to help Boston understand what the plan is going forward and get Boston’s perspective on what he needs. They’ve use this time to develop the relationship more deeply and it is showing!

Speaking with a new horse can tell you a lot about how they are processing the change, important aspects of their personality, what they value, their desires and their interpretation of your expectations for them. Clearing up any fears early on makes building relationship so much easier. I’m super excited for Goose and Stephanie!

What an incredibly special session to speak with Jennifer and Gunner. Gunner spent a fair amount of time asking how he could support Jennifer in her healing journey and to be told when she was going into surgery and when she would be out. Horses often offer healing, but some, like Gunner, have special talents.

Meeting Sarah, Sienna and Duke in person was such a pleasure! Duke started off by sharing how much he adores Sienna and how far they’ve come as a team. He gave her clear instructions on how to support him in the ring and shared key insights into his body and overall wellbeing. He is totally enjoying their journey as a team and it is fantastic to see them love hims so very much.

Remote sessions are available to chat with your horse all year long.

Transitions can be tough on everyone but letting the horse know what the plan is can be exceptionally helpful. Over the years I’ve seen so many benefits. Horses are more likely to feel less stress, be more confident in new homes, connect more easily with new riders, settle into horse shows faster, reduce or avoid physical tension patters, build new bonds with other horses more easily, trust current handlers more, travel better and have less resistance in general. It’s worth it.

Over the past year I have intentionally reduced my travel schedule and focused primarily on remote sessions. This will be one of the very few in person barn visit opportunities I offer this year.

Each session is divided into two parts. First, direct communication with your horse to explore physical comfort, emotional wellbeing, training questions, and performance patterns. Second, your choice of energy clearing for the horse or an equestrian growth reading for you to support clarity, growth and partnership.

These sessions are especially meaningful for riders and programs that want to strengthen connection, support overall wellbeing, and refine performance at home and in the show ring.

If your barn feels aligned, I would love to coordinate.
