One of the most common questions I get asked is: “Where do you go when you want something healthy in Portland?”
So this summer, I’m creating Healthy Portland, a weekly series highlighting restaurants, meals, and local finds that I’m loving right now.
Every Wednesday, I’ll share a dish or restaurant/cafe that I’ve been vibing with!

A reminder that health is personal, nuanced, and ever-evolving. These recommendations come from my own perspective and what feels good to me. When I’m looking at a meal, I usually ask myself three things:
• What is the balance of macronutrients?
• Are the ingredients high quality?
• Does it bring me joy?
