💧💧4 Drops Saved My Life💧💧
For a lot of people Lavender or Wild Orange is what sold them on essential oils. For me, it was Spikenard and Juniper Berry that transformed my life in a way I never thought possible.
December 2018 - I experienced a traumatic night terror/sleep paralysis event that robbed me of joy, 100s of hours of sleep, and peace of mind for months.
I spent the next four months in straight survival mode. I could not sleep for more than 4 hours at a time without night terrors, my job at the time required driving which was not safe to do on 4 hours of sleep so I ended up choosing to stop, my depressive disorder returned and if that was not enough I began battling a rapid and debilitating increase of suicidal ideations.
April 2019 - My night terrors/insomnia/suicidal ideations/depression I felt had ruined me. I felt very ready to die. At the request of my concerned parents I went home to Alaska to try to heal and start over. This is where my mom introduced me to the Alaska doTERRA collective. There I met a woman that in one sentence "Try diffusing Juniper Berry and Spikenard" brought my joy, full night's rest, peace of mind, and hope in my heart back LITERALLY overnight.
Flashforward to today I have not had one nightmare/night terror episode since the first night back in April I skeptically tried diffusing Juniper Berry and Spikenard together. I diffuse these together still as frequently as I can and I have skipped some days without losing sleep or fear of returning night terrors.
