Kerry Mann Wellness Holistic Health Coach
Helping busy people build sustainable habits for real, messy life
Personalized coaching • No perfection required 💚

Whether you’re suffering from poor health, looking to become a better version of you, or want to become healthier physically and emotionally, I have the tools, training, and life experience to help guide you towards happiness. My customized health coaching plan begins with a detailed health history, where we will cover your needs, expectations, and goals. Not every coach will be the right fit for

your individual needs. By delving into the current state of your health, we can gain a better understanding of whether I am the correct choice to help you achieve your goals. I take an open-minded philosophy with all of my clients. I am not here to tell you how I think you should eat, sleep, exercise, and engage in your relationships and career. Instead, I create a customized plan that works with your lifestyle and focuses on how together we can work towards making the subtle but significant changes that will help improve the overall quality of your life. When enrolled in my six-month health program, I will help you set achievable goals while also providing you the tools necessary to maintain the results you manage now and in the future. The assistance and guidance provided during the program is one of the primary benefits of hiring a health coach. You will never feel isolated or alone during this important time of transition. I am here to provide the support, encouragement, and knowledge needed to ensure your success. Your health and happiness are forever connected. By following your own intuition and accepting my assistance, I can help you realize the personal growth you desire. Empower, Transform, Thrive. Isn’t it time you started on the road to better health?

I did my own hair and makeup for this shoot using all natural products — and honestly, I’m really proud of that. It felt important to actually look like myself and not be overdone. A good challenge for myself, although it did add a little extra stress. I learned a lot!
(I also showed up with 10 outfit options, but that’s neither here nor there 😂)
I felt strongly about collaborating with a woman for this shoot and I’m so glad I did. Thank you Ingrid! There’s something special about having the real talk between setups — about life, motherhood, and how we try to balance it all.
I’ve actually stopped calling it balance. It’s more of a counterbalance. A lot of focus here, a little there, barely any over there — and then it shifts, because that’s just life. And somehow it all works out.
Here’s to your authentic and messy and sometimes polished self. 💚

Oh hey, it’s me. I’m still here. I’ve just been busy doing all the mom and life things — you know how it goes. I wanted to pop in, say hello, and remind you that you’re not alone, you’re doing great, and your smile lights up every room you enter. 💙
Life comes in waves, and lately mine have been feeling really good. I’ve been deep in the work I love most — getting into the nitty gritty of bio-individuality and fine-tuning what actually works for each person, myself included.
Because here’s the thing: there’s no one-size-fits-all. The small, specific changes? Those are the ones with the biggest payoffs. The right adjustments for your body, your lifestyle, your needs — that’s where the magic happens. And watching that click for a client is honestly one of the most rewarding things I get to do.
If you’ve been feeling like you’re doing “all the right things” and still not seeing the results you want — it might just be that the approach needs to be tailored a little more to you. That’s exactly what I’m here for. 🌊

We really celebrated Easter this year with three Easter egg hunts, two parties, and some much needed grandma time and home cooked meals.
There’s something so special about this time of year. The warm sun rays, everything is in bloom, and everything is coming alive. I didn’t feel like I had to do it all. I said no to a few things and still got a little overwhelmed trying to get out the door to the second egg hunt.
I’ve been learning how to nap when my daughter naps these past few days and it’s been glorious. I highly recommend if you’re inclined. It feels great and you’re ready for the next activity by the time the little one wakes up!
Wishing you health and happiness this beautiful spring!

Happiest of birthdays to our love, Papa, Dada Mark. 🎉🥂
We had so much fun celebrating you a little early in Mexico! From frolicking around on Balandra Beach 🏖️ to rooftop dinners with our private plunge pool 🌅, snorkeling with whale sharks 🐋🤿, couples massages 💆‍♀️, and spending time at our favorite beach, Tecolote — you made every moment magical.
Eating tacos every night 🌮, finding the best gelato 🍦, and so many giggle fest memories in between — this is what life is all about.
We appreciate your fun-loving spirit more than words can say. To many more adventures together, my sweet love. Thank you for everything you do for our family.
Guess what? You’re our favorite. 🥹
Guess what? We love you. 💛
Guess what? Happy Birthday. 🎂
Now it’s YOUR time to celebrate! ✨
Love always, Quinny & Mama 💕

Spring has sprung! 🌸🌷🌼 I’m loving all the blossoms everywhere. Happy Spring Equinox, friends (a few days late — I’ve been busy with potty training and running 😂).
🌸 Spring is a time for rebirth, renewal, and growth. Over the years, my wellness routines have morphed and transformed quite a bit. It was much easier to manage and find time for before becoming a mom. But I’ve always made it a priority because it makes all the difference — I love feeling my best. Who doesn’t!?
I’ve been learning to time block differently as a mom. I got a massage before my recent trip and wasn’t feeling my best — I was dealing with some strange inflammation that didn’t quite make sense. My massage therapist asked me about it and neither of us could figure it out.

Then in La Paz, I had a few realizations: I no longer needed a supplement I'd been relying on after having my daughter, my body doesn't do well with certain sleep aids, and I feel my best when I'm running consistently throughout the week and eating yogurt at least once a day. Some pretty incredible discoveries!

Now that I’ve cut those two things out, added yogurt back in, and am running more consistently — my inflammation is down, I’m sleeping well, I’m feeling less stressed, and my digestion is so much better. A huge thank you to Alexandra for the amazing massages and for encouraging me to look deeper into what was going on. 🙏
I’ve also started acupuncture, guided meditation, ionic footbaths, chiropractic care, and reading for pleasure again. It’s amazing what a little YOU time and the right kinds of self-care can do for your overall wellbeing and health. ✨
What does your self-care routine look like? I’d love to know! 👇 And if you’d like support in creating your own wellness routine, send me a message — let’s get you feeling energetic and vibrant again! 🌸

Celebrating the wild ride that is being a woman today. The hurdles never stop — picking up a crying child, getting dinner on the table, fitting your workouts in, showing up for your clients, and somehow still carving out time for yourself. We figure it out. We keep going. And we’re stronger when we do it together. 🌸 👑
In our Finnish heritage, there’s a word we grew up talking about — sisu. A kind of deep, unbreakable courage. The grit to keep going when things get hard. It’s so meaningful to me that if I ever got one tattoo, that would be it.
And I truly believe there’s a little of that sisu spirit in every single one of us. ✨
Happy International Women’s Day! And to my little Quinn — I can’t wait to teach you about sisu someday. You’ve already got it in you. ♥️

Happy Valentine’s Day from our family to yours! ♥️ These two are my everything. 🥰 This moment at Flathead Lake reminds me that life changes quickly and it’s so important to soak up the relationships and adventures that light us up. This one’s my screensaver for a reason. What memory are you carrying with you today? 🤔

Weekday lunches don’t have to be complicated to be nutritious.
Lately I’ve been focusing on improving our health overall, and one of the things I’ve prioritized is simple meals we all enjoy that don’t take much prep time. I’ve found two lunches that are really quick, and Quinn, Mark, and I all love them. They’re also gluten-free, nutrient-dense, and high in protein and fiber.
I intentionally included more colors, and it definitely helped Quinn get excited about both meals. She ate about 90% of her lunch two days in a row! I also feel satisfied and energized before my workouts.
Lunch #1: Raspberries, cottage cheese, edamame, pecans, and plantain chips.
Lunch #2: Raspberries, edamame, black olives, avocado, and tuna with avocado oil mayo (Greek yogurt for Quinn instead of tuna).
Why these work nutritionally:

Protein powerhouses: Cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, edamame, and tuna each pack 15-20g of protein to keep us full and support muscle recovery
Healthy fats: Pecans, avocado, and olives provide essential fats for hormone health and help absorb fat-soluble vitamins
Fiber boost: Edamame and raspberries support digestion and blood sugar stability
Omega-3s: Tuna provides brain-healthy omega-3 fatty acids
Probiotics: Cottage cheese and Greek yogurt support gut health
Rainbow nutrition: Red raspberries (Vitamin C), green edamame and avocado (Vitamin E and folate), purple-black olives (antioxidants) - different colors mean different phytonutrients!

The combination of protein, healthy fats, and fiber keeps our blood sugar stable and energy consistent throughout the afternoon.
What are your go-to quick, nutrient-dense lunches?

I live to celebrate love if you haven’t noticed. Four years ago (plus a couple of days), Mark pretended to like coffee just to go on a date with me at Never Coffee. Now it’s become our tradition—the only time all year he drinks it, and I still love that about our story. ☕️
This year was extra special celebrating with our little girl. We savored every moment while she enjoyed her milk and the gluten-free paleo cookie I brought for her (they were sold out of their GF option). 🥛🍪
Mark looked at me and said, “You’re so lucky to have us.” He couldn’t be more right. 🥰
Building a life with intention—from the food we choose to the moments we celebrate—makes everything sweeter. I love you two to the moon and back! ☕💕

One of the most powerful principles I share with clients—and practice daily myself—is this: listen to your body AND push yourself. These aren’t contradictory. They’re partners. True body awareness means knowing the difference between discomfort that leads to growth and pain that signals you need to rest. It means honoring your limits while gently expanding them. So I’m curious: what does this balance look like in your life right now?

Happy New Year from our family to yours! 💛
One more pic of our sweet little gnome child. She takes this umbrella everywhere ☂️
Less should, more alignment. That’s the vibe for 2026.
Going inward—listening to what actually makes you feel your best and trusting the process. 🙏
Accepting guidance. Creating boundaries. Focusing on small daily goals instead of big lofty ones that fizzle out.✨
Cutting out the noise. Spending time with people who inspire you. Saying no to things that don’t work anymore. Moving your body and nourishing it daily. Being kind to yourself. 💕
Here’s to a year of feeling good from the inside out. 🥳

If you don’t prioritize your health and wellbeing, everything and everyone will takeover and come first…it’s not something to just consider. It’s something to take action on now! Treat yourself like you’d treat your best friend. 🤗💕 I’m just a health consultation away! 😌✨
