I have been a trainer for over 13 years, and there is not a year in that time that I didn't grow and develop. I have recently realized that what people need right now is more than workouts. Because of this realization I recently closed my gym and have focused my attention on My Holistic Lifestyle Coaching. I have recently put together a Online School called Personal Awareness Mastery, designed to

help you become aware of your body's needs. In this course and in my one-on-one sessions we will master your 6 foundation principles to health Thinking, Breathing, Eating, Drinking, Moving, Hydration, and Sleep. Sounds simple because it is my goal is to help you get back in tuned with our bodies natural rhythms and to reconnect to ourselves MIND, BODY, and SOUL. The competitor in me is back baby!
Yesterday leg day, with stairs, today a push day with running. season 4 I’m coming for that W! I trained hard for it, now I’m stepping it up into the next gear. Let’s see where we can go.
Remember you need a goal that is strong enough that it pulls you towards it. You will get further being pulled by a goal that you really want, than to push yourself towards a goal that is vague and your heart isn’t into.

My takeaways from are infinite and I will be discovering them for a long time. Todays or at least right now my takeaways are slow down and connect to nature even just on the morning walk to work. And roll and take care of my feet. Love yourself, love your body, and love nature

I love boxing.🥊

We’ve been working in this combo for the last few weeks in my classes. It just makes sense and flows together nicely.

1,2slip,2,3,slip,block,6,3,2,roll,2,3,roll,4body, 3 head.

It follows the rules of physics and boxing. If you slip to the right throw your right, if you slip to the left throw your left, if you block a body shot come back with an upper cut. It just works.

Striking in a Street Fight – Real Self Defense 🥋

Self-defense is part of a warrior’s development.
But a real warrior doesn’t look for fights — they prepare for the ones they can’t avoid.

If you ever have to strike in a street fight, think simple, direct, and effective.

1️⃣ Open Palm Strikes
• Safer for your hands than punches
• Powerful and fast
• Target the nose, chin, or jaw
• Less risk of breaking your knuckles

2️⃣ Low Kicks
• Target nuts and below
• Knees, shins, ankles, groin
• Hard to block
• Can stop forward movement instantly

3️⃣ Elbows
• Devastating at close range
• Great when space is tight
• Very strong weapons

4️⃣ Knees
• Excellent in close quarters
• Target thighs, groin, or body
• Work well from the clinch

5️⃣ The Clinch
• Control distance
• Off-balance the opponent
• Set up knees and elbows
• Protect your head

6️⃣ Stay Off the Ground
Even if you’re skilled on the ground:
• There might be multiple attackers
• There might be weapons
• There might be concrete

The goal is to stay mobile and get away.

7️⃣ Never Instigate
A true warrior avoids unnecessary violence.
• Walk away when possible
• Use awareness and positioning
• De-escalate first

Self-defense is about going home safe — not winning a fight.

Train hard.
Stay calm.
Avoid trouble.

The best fight is the one you never have.
