Jake's Journey

Jake's Journey Jake has Cerebral Palsy, but he doesn't let it slow him down. He is a happy-go-lucky unstoppable daredevil of a 3 year old boy.

At his young age, he has spent nearly 150 days in a hospital, has had 12 surgeries, and is currently attending physical therapy 5 days per week. His favorite form of PT is Hippotherapy, which is best described as Physical Therapy while horseback. His trusty steed is names Cakes and Jake wishes he could ride Cakes every single day. He wakes up talking about him, tells stories about him at night, draws pictures of/for him... they are best friends :)
