Smallest movements create the biggest shifts in the body.

This flowing leg swing movement supports hip mobility, balance, coordination, and core stability while helping the body feel more connected and fluid through motion. Standing on one leg challenges the stabilizing muscles while the steady breath helps regulate pace and awareness.

Mobility isn’t just flexibility. It’s control, stability, strength, and trust in your body moving together.

If you feel drawn to work with me through movement or somatic sessions, feel free to message me.

Wellness Wednesday 🌿
The body often carries more tension than we realize.

Massage can support not only the muscles, but also the nervous system, circulation, recovery, and overall sense of well-being.

✨ Benefits may include:

• Reduced muscle tension
• Improved circulation & lymphatic flow
• Nervous system relaxation
• Increased body awareness
• Support for stress relief
• Improved mobility & recovery
• A deeper sense of connection to the body

Sometimes healing begins by simply slowing down enough to feel what the body has been holding.

Even gentle touch, self-massage, movement, or fascia release can help support regulation and restoration.

✺ Breathe. Soften. Receive.

Wellness Wednesday- When overwhelm builds, the mind speeds up—but the body can bring you back.

🌳Grounding is a simple way to shift out of stress and into steadiness.

Try this:
• Press your feet into the floor
• Feel your body supported where you are
• Slow your breath (longer exhale)
• Look around and orient to your space
• Place a hand on your body and feel contact

☀️Why it works:
Grounding helps your nervous system settle so your thoughts can slow down and your body can return to balance.

Small moments like this create real shifts.

Build real balance and strength.

Not by rushing through reps—
but by staying in the movement
and staying with your breath.

This flow strengthens your core,
builds stability through the hips and legs,
and improves control with every transition.

Steady your breath. Stay with it.
That’s where the shift happens.

One year of Heather’s Nature 🎉🤸‍♀️🏃‍♀️‍➡️🧘‍♀️✨🌴🐕☀️

A year of showing up…
teaching classes, guiding movement, and sharing what I live.

After over 20 years of teaching,
this year felt different-
I allowed myself to be seen in a new way.

From studio floors to community spaces,
to pressing record and growing my YouTube channel-
I’ve connected with and supported so many people along the way…
each class, each session, each moment shared.

My somatic training changed everything.
It deepened how I listen, how I guide, and how I hold space-
less doing, more feeling… less forcing, more allowing.

This work has become something I don’t just teach-
it’s how I move through life.

A heartfelt thank you to this community
for supporting me every step of the way. 🤍

And I’m just getting started. 💛 Heather
