When the TAMU-CC Islanders Volleyball team shows up to yoga… you make sure they get a workout. 😂🏐🧘‍♀️

Such a fun night teaching Yoga at the Art Museum! We moved, challenged our balance, laughed a LOT, and had an amazing group bring so much energy into the room. Thanks for joining me, Islanders 🌊 🏐

I love helping my community, but even more than that, I love connecting with individuals and supporting them on their own unique wellness journey. 🤍🌿

For more than 22 years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching, encouraging, guiding, and reminding people of what their bodies are capable of.

Wherever my own journey takes me, I know this will always be part of who I am. I’ll continue to be that person who inspires others to move, reconnect with themselves, care for their well-being, and keep growing.

Wellness isn’t just something I teach—it’s a lifelong passion and commitment. And I’m incredibly grateful to continue sharing it with my community. ✨

It’s Heather’s nature to guide people back to their true nature. 🌿

Wednesday Fun 🌿 Mon & Wed at 5:45 pm

Here’s a glimpse into what we explored tonight.

Trying new movement challenges.
Guiding each person as they personalized the movement to meet their body where it was today.
Letting movement be artful, playful, and curious.

Your body loves novelty. New experiences invite your nervous system to pay attention and notice how your body organizes itself to create balance, stability, and strength.

Some poses came easily.
Some made us wobble.
Some made us laugh.

And that’s exactly the point.

Movement doesn’t have to be perfect—it can be playful. Every new challenge is an opportunity to learn, explore, and discover what your body is capable of.

💚 Keep moving. Keep exploring. Keep having fun.

Your nervous system is listening before your mind catches up.

The music you play.
The conversations you have.
The thoughts you repeat.
The way you breathe.
The way you move.

All of it shapes the state you live from.

You may not control everything that happens today, but you can influence the energy you bring into it.

Start with one slow breath.
Step outside.
Move your body.
Notice the sunrise.
Come back to yourself.

Set your frequency before the world tries to set it for you. 🌅✨

What helps you reset when life feels loud?

Time out to relax 🌊 🧜‍♀️

Take a moment & exhale
Sigh if you need to 😮‍💨

Hold for a second…
Now take in a deep inhale 🧜‍♀️

Repeat 🪎

If this resonates with you, I’d love to work together. 🌊

Smallest movements create the biggest shifts in the body.

This flowing leg swing movement supports hip mobility, balance, coordination, and core stability while helping the body feel more connected and fluid through motion. Standing on one leg challenges the stabilizing muscles while the steady breath helps regulate pace and awareness.

Mobility isn’t just flexibility. It’s control, stability, strength, and trust in your body moving together.

If you feel drawn to work with me through movement or somatic sessions, feel free to message me.
