My thoughts/advice on moving from victim mentality into self-empowerment. Making the decision is the hardest part, but you have to tap into that will power! If you can make yourself get out of bed and go to work, or make yourself exercise, or brush your teeth… YOU HAVE WILL POWER. You just have to decide to do what is good for yourself, and the puzzle pieces will begin to fall into place. They did for me, and I know I’m not the only one.

Setting Boundaries 101. I’ve been seeing this come up a lot with clients and friends lately, so I wanted to give you a reminder to stand up for yourselves and don’t take on others people’s stuff if you can help it. There is no sense in running yourself into the ground/draining all your energy/trying to take care of everyone but yourself. 💜 ❤️
