The moment everything changed ⤵️

A year ago I met a pelvic floor therapist who taught me why my patients (and my own pelvic floor) weren’t getting better, even though I was doing EVERYTHING RIGHT.

I completely changed how I evaluated and treated pelvic floor dysfunction, and my patients actually started seeing results FAST.

Meanwhile, I could finally lift, run and live life without worrying about leaks, constipation, urgency, and chronic hip pain.

When I stopped looking at pelvic floor weakness or tension as the end-all be-all and started looking at it as a signal, a “check engine light” of the body giving hints as to what was actually wrong… everything changed.

Now, I help active women achieve the same thing by teaching them how to identify the ROOT CAUSE of their symptoms

And make a plan to fix it

Without a million kegels, a surgery, or meds.

Pelvic floor rehab doesn’t need to be complicated, often it’s as simple as mobilizing a stuck spine.

In fact, studies show that 57% of women with chronic pelvic pain have “spinal derangement,” which sounds scary, but in most cases, is just a sticky mid-back.

I’ve shared my strategy of healing pelvic floor dysfunction with my patients, and the results took my breath away.

🌺 One teenage girl with bladder leaks, completely stopped her incontinence in 2 weeks!

🌺 A new mom with SIJ pain and painful s*x was running and intimate with her husband again with NO PAIN in a month!

🌺 Another woman went from changing her pad 5x a day to not having to buy incontinence pads AT ALL after 5 sessions with me!

So if you’ve tried everything, and no amount of kegels, stretches, or core exercises can touch your pelvic floor problems

In sharing my exact framework I use to help my patients heal their pelvic floor holistically.

And you can grab it today for free!

I spent thousands on top of my DPT education to learn to be a good pelvic floor therapist. But all my teachers taught me: assess the pelvic floor, treat what you find. 😑

It doesn’t always work.

But I finally discovered a system that does.

And it’s gotten me and 100s of my patients from leaks, painful s*x, hip and back tension, heaviness and pressure…

To running, lifting and playing without holding back.

Comment STRONG to get it today.

If you’ve been doing all the “right” pelvic floor exercises but still don’t feel better… this is for you. 👀

Your pelvic floor doesn’t exist in isolation. Your spine, hips, breathing, nervous system, and movement patterns all matter.

And sometimes, more kegels aren’t the answer.

THE CHEAT CODE ⤵️

Spinal and hip mobility is the cheat code to pelvic health.

I’m talking simple movements to get your joints moving better, nothing crazy.

After spending YEARS working on my pelvic floor and core strength with no results..

I went from leaks with lifting and sneezing, painful s*x, chronic hip and back pain

To running, lifting and playing with no issues

In just WEEKS.

(without an internal exam)
(without weekly PT appointments)
(without a bunch of kegels)

All from basic mobility exercises targeting my spine (and hips).

Here’s the step by step process ⤵️

1. Test your back and hips for range of motion (the place where your thoracic spine meets your lumbar spine is Grand Central Station for nerves that can cause pelvic symptoms)

2. If you don’t have full range in all directions, use passive sustained or repeated extension to get “unstuck” (Try laying on your stomach, propped on elbows, letting your spine “sag”)

3. When your range of motion improves, repeat the extension exercise 3-5x per day until you can maintain your full range.

4. Once your spine can move freely, your strength exercises will actually start to work. Start small and focus on coordinating your breath with movement.

That’s it!

Using this strategy helped me go from leaks and pain, to dry workouts and more pleasurable s*x in just a few weeks.

When you learn how to address the ROOT CAUSE of your pelvic symptoms, your whole life will change.

I’ve been keeping a secret 🤫⁣

For a while now, I’ve been asking myself:

Why is there such a huge gap in education (from OBGYNs, pelvic floor therapists, and fitness influencers) for moms to go from “healed enough” at their 6 week follow-up after birth to actually feeling STRONG again?

You can be cleared to exercise… but still have no idea how to progress without making your pelvic floor symptoms worse.

You can do your kegels… but still feel disconnected from your core, breath, hips, and pelvic floor.

You can desperately want to get back to working out… while constantly wondering:

“Is this exercise okay for me?”

“Am I making things worse?”

“Why does my body still not feel like mine?”

I kept seeing moms stuck in this messy middle.

And I knew there had to be a better way.

So I decided to create it. ❤️

I was scared too.

But I quickly realised that to get relief from my pelvic floor symptoms, the best thing I could do was to learn as much as I could about it.

To surround myself with people who already had the knowledge and understanding I was looking for.

That’s why I started this account — to share what I’ve learned as a pelvic floor PT, my own journey, and the things I wish more women knew about their bodies.

Because you deserve to understand WHY you’re experiencing urgency, leaking, painful s*x, hip pain, back pain or pelvic tension — instead of being told to just do more kegels or have a glass of wine.

Follow along if you want to start your journey to understanding your pelvic floor.

Oh, and if you’re ready to get started, check out my free pelvic floor training, which will teach you the exact process I use to uncover the movement and nervous system patterns that may be keeping your pelvic floor stuck.

People thought I was insane ⤵️

Most pelvic floor therapists would have called me crazy for stopping pelvic floor strengthening and stretching, and looking somewhere completely different to fix my leaking, urgency, and painful s*x.

As pelvic floor therapists, we were taught that the problem was weak or tight pelvic floor muscles, so the solution was more pelvic floor exercises.

But I realized I was doing everything “right,” and neither my symptoms nor my patients were improving. I refused to believe, “That’s just the way it is.”

Having a female body DOES NOT mean you have to live with leaking or pain.

I knew there had to be a better answer.

So I took course after course searching for the root cause instead of another bandaid fix.

And I found it.

A pelvic floor therapist who was looking where very few others were…

The spine.

With her guidance I restored movement in my spine and woke up my sleepy pelvic floor muscles.

Finally I could:

• Lift over 95 lbs without leaking
• Run without my hip hurting for days
• Be intimate without feeling like I was hitting a wall

Then I started using this method with my patients…

They got better faster.

And they stopped coming back with the same symptoms.

Here’s what I did ⤵️

• I checked spinal movement first.
• If it was stiff, I restored normal motion with repeated or sustained movements.
• Then pelvic floor coordination and strengthening finally worked.

When the spine isn’t moving well, traditional pelvic floor treatment often falls short.

I put this entire framework into a free pelvic floor cheat sheet.

It’s exactly what I wish I’d had in my first two years of practice, and it’ll teach you how to address the root cause of pelvic floor symptoms without meds, surgery, or a million kegels.

Comment STRONG and I’ll send you the link.
