**Thankful Thursday** As always I'm thankful for the opportunity to be able to help others to a healthier lifestyle. I love celebrating my clients as they continue to grow and show improvement. Today we at JGee Fitness celebrate Mrs. Colleen! She dreads coming to the gym but once she's here she is ready for all that comes her way.

It's time for another box jump video. I can't thank Mrs. Tina & Mrs. Sandra enough for JUMPING in on the fun. These two ladies have been with me since day 1 when I opened my facility here in Portsmouth.

It is truly never a dull moment when in the presence of these amazing ladies. Make sure to show them some love!
