Three women, three ISS programs, and a shared passion for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities! 💛

I’m happy to be pictured with April, who owns and operates an ISS in San Antonio, Hope and and Faith and Isabel, who owns and operates an ISS in Castroville.CJA’s Place, LLC

At Country Paradise Living, LLC, I believe in community over competition. It’s wonderful to connect with other women who understand the heart and dedication that go into this work. Together, we can encourage one another and celebrate the individuals we serve! 🤝✨

👻🧡 This is my Boo Crew!

I want to recognize Kynda and Amber for the wonderful job they’re doing at Country Paradise Living, LLC. The patience, kindness, and attention they give each Paradise Bestie mean so much to me.

As an owner, having a team I can depend on brings peace of mind and allows me to focus on continuing to grow our Center, Knowing our Besties are supported by people who care about their individual needs is something I truly appreciate.

Thank you both for your hard work, compassion, and the joy you bring to our center. I’m grateful to have you by my side! 🧡

Our Paradise Besties enjoyed a fun day out today! 💛 We had Chinese food for lunch, explored Spirit Halloween, and stopped at Dollar Tree and their favorite—Walmart! 🛍️🎃

Along the way, Amber and Kynda continued training and learning about each individual’s needs and how to best support them. Making memories while helping our team get to know our Besties! ❤️

🛍️ A busy, fun day out with our Paradise Besties!

Today, while training Amber and Kynda, we enjoyed stops at CD Exchange, Hobby Lobby, Burlington, and Five Below, with lunch at the park! 🌳🥪

It was a wonderful opportunity for our new team members to get to know our Besties while spending the day out in the community together. 💛

💛 Please help me welcome Amber and Kynda to our Country Paradise Living family! 💛

🌼 Amber has worked with me before caring for my girls, and I’m so happy to have her joining me again to care for our Paradise Besties!

🌼 Kynda and I met recently, and she has been helping our family as a nanny for about three weeks. I’m excited to welcome her to our team, too!

Both love working with individuals with special needs, and that means so much to me. ❤️ As Country Paradise Living grows, I’m grateful to have people joining us who share that love for those we serve.

Welcome, Amber and Kynda! We’re excited to make wonderful memories with you and our Paradise Besties! 🌈
