And Of Course Last but not Least: Taste Test
Your high-quality EVOO should have a peppery, slightly bitter kick—that’s a sign of freshness & polyphenols!

Healthy plant tip: Occasionally wipe the leaves gently with a damp cloth if dust builds up on their surface. Keeping them clean helps them absorb light and photosynthesize efficiently.

🦋 Butterfly Tapping is a gentle grounding technique that can help you feel more present during moments of stress or overwhelm.

Here's how to do it:

• Cross your arms over your chest so each hand rests just below the opposite collarbone or on your upper arms.
• Begin gently tapping your hands, alternating left and right, like the flutter of butterfly wings.
• Take slow, steady breaths as you tap.
• Continue for 30–60 seconds, or for as long as it feels calming.

The alternating rhythm provides gentle bilateral stimulation while your slow breathing encourages your body to shift out of "fight or flight" and into a calmer state.

Remember, this isn't about making stress disappear. It's about creating a small pause so you can reconnect with the present moment.

Save this for the next time you need a quick mental reset. 💙
